LET'S GO FOR A WALK!

If you are booked into classes this term then your are invited to join us on a mid-term walk where we can apply what we do in classes out in the real world. That means looking for lots of ways to increase our movement nutrition utilising whatever we happen to find out there.

 These are my dear friends out for a walk with me! Do not be alarmed though, there are no monkey bars on our Ocean Grove route. Also, we build up to this. Please kids, do not try this at home unless it's already a part of your movement diet. We might find some other gentler things to do though - infact I'm sure of it.

This is an opportunity to explore different ways of moving and ask any questions while we are out there doing it. Even better, we get to move together and have a laugh along the way.

At the end of the walk we might even go and have a cuppa.

WHEN: Friday 13th May, 11.00am - 11.45am

WHERE: Let's meet in the car park at Ocean Grove and we'll finish up there too.

COST: It's Free! This invite is to current clients and is 1st come 1st served for a maximum of 10 people. As a general rule, when something is free, I find people are less likely to come. Please prove me wrong!
