It's of huge benefit to work on you pelvic listing in class - this lateral hip strengthener is a pre-requisite movement for great walking and long life-long hip health! But it's not just for Christmas boys and girls! It's for every day. And if you want strong hips to become the new normal......stand on one leg and list whenever you can my friends. Make like a ship and list already.
