Tension release is a key to better movement

Life is busy and we all have our own ways of holding tension, so come along 10 to 15 minutes early for your term class and enjoy a relaxing Psoas Release. It can make a big difference to how well your body responds to all of our other moves. It's an invaluable addition to your session and it is free! Please note: There is a small price rise this term to help accomodate the additional rent for our new venue:
