6 MOVEWELL CLASSES TO CHOOSE FROM


Your Movewell classes are most effective when experienced regularly. At least one session a week (and two is optimal) gives you the opportunity to absorb new ways of moving progressively. Mel is available before and after every class for individual assistance and you are encouraged to come 10 to 15 minutes early to make the most of some pre-class constructive relaxation time.

GENERAL CLASSES ARE ON TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS

Session 1 6.30am to 7.30am
Session 2 8.00am to 9.00am
Session 3 9.30am to 10.30am

TERM 4 DATES

Term 4 will commence from Tuesday 10 October and conclude on Friday 8 December (9 weeks).

A new, simpler pricing structure offers one low term price for everyone. Individual sessions may be booked where space is available.

Special Offers for Term 4

  • 9 x Tuesday or Friday Sessions = $190 (and save $35.00 of the single session price)

  • Book 2 sessions a week for $330 (and save $120 of the single session price) - clients who attend twice a week report feeling many benefits.

Single sessions may be booked for $25 but only when space is available. Priority is given to term bookings.
