BODY RESTORE CLASSES


6 SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM (please note, for Term 3 - there will not be a 6.30am or 8.00am Tuesday class. Friday classes remain the same)


Body Restore classes are best experienced regularly. At least one session a week gives you the opportunity to absorb new ways of moving progressively. Mel is available before and after every class for individual assistance and you are encouraged to come early and have extra time in one of our constructive rest positions. Classes are deliberately kept small so make sure you book and let us know when you can't make it.

TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS
Session 1 6.30am to 7.30am
Session 2 8.00am to 9.00am
Session 3 9.30am to 10.30am

DATES FOR TERM 3

Term 2 classes ended on Tuesday 20 June and Term 3 commences on Tuesday 18 July and concludes on Friday 22 September. Mel, Nic, Lou and Laura are traveling to the USA for 2 weeks to work with Biomechanist Katy Bowman MS. So while there will be a short break from classes - we will come back with all the latest in optimal movement health for you.

7 weeks - from 21 July to 22 September 2017 (no classes on 11, 18 and 25 August)
