SMALL GROUPS

For a limited number of dates per year Mel offers organised small group classes. Classes are limited to 6 people and offer an opportunity to deepen your understanding of how our movements habits can change for the better over time. You can organise your own small group throughout the year via our Private Sessions option.

Once Mel has confirmed a space is available click here to be taken to the payment options page. Your in-person place is confirmed once payment is received. You’ll also receive a 50% discount code to our online video series. In addition you’ll receive a 20% discount on solo private sessions.

*Movewell General
We apply corrective exercise to optimise functional movement for the whole body. This takes a willingness to look in the mirror and assess how you are moving now and the patience to open up the pathways towards change. We work on strength, balance, mobility and shine a light on why we’ve had patterns of aches and pains and injury. This is the best program for many people, especially when new to Movewell.
