FOCUS GROUPS 2023
HOW IT WORKS
Clients currently booked into a series get first option of in-person classes for the next series. You can join the waiting list at any time but you will need to attend a private session before your first group class. You also have the option of attending on Zoom (and make-up and drop in sessions can be accommodated on Zoom too).
There are a maximum of 6 in-person students per class and each series is of 4 weeks duration. While each series will have a focus or theme, every session is considered a whole body session. Mel has more than 20 years experience and continues to study with one of the most respected movement experts in the world, Katy Bowman MS. *Class descriptions below.

We apply corrective exercise to optimise functional movement for the whole body. This takes a willingness to look in the mirror and assess how you are moving now and the patience to open up the pathways towards change. We work on strength, balance, mobility and shine a light on why we’ve had patterns of aches and pains and injury. This is the best program for many people, especially when new to Movewell.
