I love these programs. I find the introductions so helpful, with basic to more advanced tips on alignment and moving more in your daily life. If you are not sure where to start go for Feet, Knees and Hips - it’s a great foundation for your foundation! (Even if you are experienced make sure you watch all of it - all of the introductory videos and the individual explanations. I love hearing Katy explain the exercises. It helps it all to sink in on a much deeper level. You know how much I love this stuff and I got a lot out of watching the basics again and again.)
